D'Onta Foreman rushed for two touchdowns and caught a TD pass from Tyson Bagent, who was making his first start, to boost the host Chicago Bears to a 30-12 win against the Las Vegas Raiders on Sunday.

The undrafted Bagent, from NCAA Division II Shepherd, got the best of a matchup against backup QBs as Chicago (2-5) secured its first victory at home since Week 3 of 2022.

Bears starting quarterback Josh Fields was out with a thumb injury he sustained during the third quarter of Chicago's 19-13 home loss to Minnesota last week.

Raiders counterpart Jimmy Garoppolo was inactive with a back injury that sidelined him for the second half of last week's 21-17 home victory against New England. Brian Hoyer was under center for Las Vegas (3-4).

Chicago outgained Las Vegas 323-235 as Foreman rushed 16 times for 89 yards while the Bears amassed 173 yards on the ground.

Thrust into lead-back duty with Khalil Herbert (injured reserve) and Roschon Johnson (concussion protocol) unavailable, Foreman built on his 15-carry, 65-yard effort against Minnesota. He punctuated the Bears' first scoring drive with a 2-yard TD run with 3:45 remaining in the first quarter.

Chicago added to its advantage with 7:31 left in the second quarter, as Foreman scored from 3 yards out to cap a 6-play, 34-yard drive following a Tremaine Edmunds interception of Hoyer.

Bagent's 5-yard touchdown pass to Foreman with 4:04 to go in the third quarter put the Bears up 21-3. Chicago covered 15 plays in 88 yards while using 8:16 on the drive.

The teams traded fourth-quarter field goals before Jaylon Johnson returned a Hoyer interception 39 yards for a score with 5:36 left. He added a second interception moments later against Aidan O'Connell, who regrouped to hit Jakobi Meyers for a 9-yard TD with 1:10 to go.

Daniel Carlson's 40-yard field goal with 1:47 left in the second quarter put the Raiders on the board. Las Vegas trailed 14-3 at halftime.

Bagent was 21 of 29 for 162 yards and a touchdown.

Hoyer was 17 of 32 for 129 yards and two interceptions. Davante Adams had seven catches for 57 yards.

Las Vegas linebacker Divine Deablo left the game in the second quarter with an ankle injury and did not return.

Chicago took a 9-8 lead in the all-time series with the Raiders.
